Hannah Dario, PMHNP, BSN, BS
Hannah Dario received her MSN and BSN with the distinction of Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to this, she also earned a BS in Biology from Pepperdine University.
Hannah’s healthcare experience includes nursing, case management, and crisis care at psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, and crisis residential programs. She is dedicated to delivering mental health services to underserved communities, along with conducting research to address health disparities, particularly among unhoused populations. She strives to continue merging research and clinical care for these vulnerable individuals, with a goal of providing acute and emergency treatment to under-resourced populations at the community level.
Hannah was awarded the prestigious Leonard A. Lauder Community Care NP Fellow scholarship from the University of Pennsylvania for commitment to promoting health equity in underserved communities.
Dr. Bridget Malato, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Bridget Malato received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Illinois at Chicago in May 2023.
Dr. Malato’s clinical experience includes outpatient integrated care for patients with a myriad of psychiatric ailments as well as chemical dependency. Additionally, she has experience in diagnosing, treating, and counseling patients with complex psychiatric and behavioral health needs. Dr. Malato has nursing experience with inpatient rehabilitation, medical surgical, and inpatient psychiatry populations.
Dr. Malato hopes to provide high quality care to traditionally underserved communities. She hopes to gain experience collaborating with other health professionals while providing the highest quality care for her patients.
Madeline Phipps, MSN-PMHNP
Madeline Phipps obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree in Psychiatric Mental Health practice from Wilkes University in November 2023. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Latin American literature and the Spanish language.
Madeline gained clinical experience in integrated psychiatric community health settings and outpatient practices focused on serious mental illness and substance use disorder. Madeline has worked as a nurse in community mental health and in residential treatment programs since 2020.
Madeline’s goal is to gain clinical skills across diverse settings focusing on medication management and psychotherapy interventions. She believes that improved access to quality care can reduce institutionalization and improve quality of life.
Dr. Anna Sears, DNP-PMHNP, BSN
Anna Sears completed her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Seattle University in June 2024. Previously, she graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Through her program, Anna has gained clinical experience in psycho-oncology, residential treatment for substance use disorders, community mental health, consult liaison psychiatry, and a partial hospitalization program. As a registered nurse, she worked for six years on University of Washington Medical Center-Montlake’s medical oncology unit, primarily serving adult patients with acute leukemias.
Anna enjoys working within interdisciplinary teams and is looking forward to learning more about consult liaison psychiatry. She is eager to serve the mental health needs of medically complex patients in her future practice. She is looking forward to the opportunity to further her clinical knowledge and her professional development in the fellowship program.
